How We'll Work
People do things when they make a plan to do them. So make a plan to call for an appointment.
We'll meet once or twice in consultation to talk
about why you're seeking treatment at this time. Together, we’ll assess what treatment might be
most helpful for you (psychotherapy, cognitive tools, medication).
We’ll also discuss if I’m the best person for you to work with. If I’m not, I’ll try to help you find someone who’s a better fit.
